Have Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning

Since 1975 HAVE Incorporated has specialized in all phases of Mechanical construction serving commercial and industrial businesses, manufacturers, health care, and others in Northeast Ohio. HAVE has grown to be a leading contractor in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Engineering. We do this by delivering prompt, quality, HVAC Service & Repair to the commercial and industrial markets.

Rob Schimmelpfennig, President of HAVE, Inc. has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. That spirit is at the core of HAVE today: a state-of-the-art facility, a dedicated workforce, and quality workmanship. That type of spirit is just what made HAVE and what the Csepegi family originally founded 44 years ago with endless capabilities.

Staying true to our background in sheet metal, HAVE is the largest sheet metal fabrication shop in the area. All pieces are made by professionals in our fabrication center including standard ductwork to accompany HVAC installations, but also custom-made design work, industrial gutters, downspouts, and flashing.

Through the decades, the HAVE family has contributed to, served, and donated to many groups, both locally and nationally.

Over the many years of providing exceptional service and expertise to local businesses, HAVE has received many requests to also provide service for homeowners. Residential service was not a primary focus but that changed in 2017. HAVE added residential services to their offerings, brought on NATE certified technicians, more vehicles, and created a 24 hour service department for homeowners in Northeast Ohio.
